Ep. 7, First Time Having Reiki with Reiki Master Ana Tipton

Hi First Timers! Today we’re talking with Reiki Master Ana Tipton. Ana and I met back in college when we were both Jazz Vocal Majors and to discover she’s become a reiki master came as no surprise to me. Her energy has always been so light and peaceful and it always felt like this was not her first time here on Earth.

Ana reached out to me early last year saying she felt led to give me a reiki session if I was open to it after I had first shared about my miscarriages publicly. Since then, I’ve found such profound healing and affirmation through the reiki process and I want as many people as possible to know this modality exists so they can hopefully have the kind of beautiful   experience I’ve had. 

We talk through what Reiki is, how it’s effected our lives and how it can become a magical part of the process in knowing yourself more deeply. This is “First Time Having Reiki with Ana Tipton”.
