Ep. 6, First Time Moving Abroad with Norman Vladimir
Today I’m talking with one of my favorite people on the planet, my long time buddy, Norman Vladimir. Norman and I met while I was hosting a concert series at a club in NYC. His band was playing after the series I was hosting and it was like a scene out of a movie-I remember I stopped talking with whoever I was with, and was like “who does this voice of an angel belong to?!”
Norman is a man of many talents. Not only is he a gifted singer/songwriter but he is an entrepreneur, creative, and public speaker now living and working in Amsterdam. We both left New York at the same time: me, moving to Norman’s native TN, and him moving first to Berlin and then Amsterdam.
I selfishly wanted to do this episode because I’ve been wanting to move to Europe for years now, and what better way to get insider info on the process than from a friend?! I hope all of you future expats are taking notes on this one!
